Thank you for choosing LUNA Kids for your child's culinary learning experience. Please review our refund policy below:

No Refunds After Booking Confirmation: We do not offer refunds once your class booking is confirmed. This is because we allocate resources and prepare materials based on the number of confirmed attendees.

Replacement Policy: If your child is unable to attend a class after booking, you have the option to send a suitable replacement in their place (must be another child between 5 to 12 years old). The replacement must attend the same class slot that you originally booked. Please inform us in advance with the details of the replacement, including their name and contact information.
