How the gift card works

  • 1️⃣ Purchase the gift card online

    Add to cart, enter the recipient details, and complete the payment after checkout.

  • 2️⃣ Recipient receives gift card via email

    We will send the recipient an email with their gift card's unique code, which they can use in our store.

  • 3️⃣ Use the gift card during checkout

    The recipient can shop online and enter their unique code in the "Gift Card" section during checkout.

Does the gift card have an expiry date?

No, the gift cards do not have an expiry date.

When will the recipient receive the gift card?

We will send the gift card to the recipient within 24 business hours. Please ensure that after purchasing the gift card, you've made the payment and emailed or Whatsapp'd us your payment confirmation.

Can I buy a gift card in a different amount?

Yes you can! Just email or Whatsapp us and we'll be happy to help.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes, you can redeem another gift card during checkout if you have multiple gift cards.

Can the gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

How do I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance by entering it in the checkout page.

Alternatively, contact us with the last 4 digits of your gift card code, and we'll check your balance for you.

What do I do if I lost my gift card code?

Check your original email from us that had the gift card code, and click on "Resend gift card" from that email. The code will be re-sent to you via email.
